Agencies charge by the hour or by scope, meaning their incentive is to finish quickly and move on. We act as your technical co-founder. By taking an equity stake and managing ongoing operations, our success is directly tied to your product's success. We build for the long-term.
It depends on the maturity of the idea and the scope of the MVP, but typically we take a 10-20% equity stake in the venture, alongside a reduced launch fee to cover hard development costs. We align our incentives with yours from day one.
Not at all. In fact, we prefer working with deep domain experts who understand the business problem intimately but lack the technical expertise to build the solution. You bring the market insight; we bring the engineering execution.
We aim to launch a production-ready MVP within 8 to 12 weeks. Because we use modern, scalable architectures (like Next.js and NestJS) and have pre-built foundational modules, we move much faster than a traditional development team starting from scratch.
We don't hand over the code and disappear. We operate on a monthly retainer to manage hosting, server maintenance, bug fixes, and continuous iteration of the product based on user feedback. We are your long-term engineering partner.
