Why We Exist
The Problem We Saw.
We watched brilliant domain experts — people with real, hard-won knowledge of specific industries — get systematically failed by the software industry.
They would spend six months and six figures with a traditional dev shop, only to end up with an unmaintainable codebase, zero go-to-market traction, and an invoice for features nobody wanted.
The root cause was always the same: misaligned incentives. Agencies are paid by the hour, not by the outcome. They have no reason to challenge bad ideas, validate market assumptions, or care about whether the product actually generates revenue.
We built Titian Consultancy to be the antidote to that model. We are not hired guns. We are co-founders. We stake our equity on your success.

We refuse to write a single line of production code until the core B2B problem is rigorously validated through structured customer interviews and demand tests. Building the wrong thing faster is still wrong.

By taking a stake in every venture we build, our incentives are identical to yours. We choose technologies for longevity, not convenience. We build for scalability, not the next invoice.
Distribution Is Not Optional
We do not ship code and walk away. We deploy a Go-To-Market engine alongside the product — audience building, outbound infrastructure, and programmatic SEO — because distribution beats product every time.

Titian is a small, focused studio. We deliberately keep our portfolio small — taking on only 1 to 2 new ventures per year — so that every partner receives our complete and undivided attention.
We are not a growth-at-all-costs agency trying to scale headcount. We are a precision instrument: a small team of senior engineers and growth operators who go all-in on a select few ventures.
